With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Disko of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Josephine Disko to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Matthews and Veda Matthews (Benge); her son-in-law Robert; and her pet Spooky. She is survived by: her children, Frank (Susie Kennedy) of Euless and Tamara Nowakowski (Robert) of Wheaton; and her sister Bonnie Stephens (Donald). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Josephine's name to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a leading pediatric research center to find cures for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
