He was predeceased by: his parents, Fu Chin and Raan May Chen; and his brother Charlie. He is survived by: his wife Bee; his children, Stanford and Alice; and his siblings, Joyce, Cheng Fong and Cheng Lung.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home (44 S Mill St, Naperville, IL 60540).
