He is survived by: his children, Christine Nelson of Glen Ellyn, Julie Dean (Jerry) of Wheaton, Tom Nelson (Maria) of Mapleton and David Nelson (Mary) of Wheaton; his grandchildren, Katelyn Haist (Sam), Krista Hopkins (Patrick) and Jesse Dean (Dana Eden); his children, Danny (Brandi), Nathan, Seth, Faith Nelson, Lauren, Brittany, Luke (Marina) and Abigail Nelson; his great grandchild Ava Heugel; his grandchildren, Ezekiel Holmes, Eden, Chloe, Norah Haist, Piper, Owen, Quinn Joy Hopkins and Lashanti Nelson; and his brother-in-law Raymond Mobley (Annie). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
