She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David H. Schroeder; her sons, David D. Schroeder and Kurt Schroeder; her grandchildren, Cooper Schroeder, Ryan Schroeder, Lily Provost and Owen Provost; her parents, Yanez Sever and Rose Sever; and her siblings, Ruth Moore (Sever) and John Sever. She was also cherished by many nieces & nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Petronille Catholic Church (420 Glenwood Ave, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137). A Mass was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
