We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2024, at the age of 73, Gwen Anne D'Addio of Glen Ellyn, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Albert and Joy Louise Lichtenwalter; her children, Joy D'Addio, Michael D'Addio and Amy Wloszek (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Javier, Olivia, Miguel, Madelyn and Cameron; her brothers, Michael and David Lichtenwalter; and also Michael D'Addio.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leonard Memorial (565 Duane St, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
