He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael D'Amico and Lucille D'Amico; his sister Elizabeth D'Amico; and also Lauren Kowal. He is survived by: his spouse Kathi; his children, Carl and Mary D'Amico; his sibling Michele Blando (Dominic); his nephews, Bradley Hillesheim (Alicia) and Matthew Kowal; his niece Caroline Wojciechowski (Ryan); and his great-nephews, Michael, Nathan Hillesheim and Cole Kowal.
