It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Nissen (Glen Ellyn, Illinois), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis Bultman and Ethel Harkins Bultman; her daughters, Natalie Perry (Bill Perry) and Leslie Nissen (Octavio Gonzalez); her grandchildren, Madeline Perry, Rachel Perry, David Gonzalez and Jonathon Gonzalez; and her siblings, Bruce Bultman, Lois Brown, Glenn Bultman, Barbara Kreft, Neal Bultman, Roger Bultman, Carol Tumneff, Ralph Bultman, Diane Beck, Debbie Swenarski, Allen Bultman, Gerry Bultman, John Bultman, Joyce Bultman, Linda Wendt, Brian Bultman, Janet Venne and Paul Bultman. She was also cherished by 19 children.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the Northwestern Memorial Foundation in Chicago or to Wellness House in Hinsdale.
