It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Augustyn (Glen Ellyn, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 31, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Kay Budza (Milan) and Irene Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Joan Bufalino (Vince), Ann Werner (Joseph), George Augustyn (Kate) and Marilyn Augustyn Westerman (George); her grandchildren, Dominick Bufalino (Shams), Joseph Bufalino (Caylen), Jillian Doubek, Fay Hartman (Peter), Kate Doubek, Kent Augustyn (Kelsey), Rachel Doubek, Henry Westerman and Clare Westerman; her great-grandparent Henry; and also, Vincent and Leo.
In lieu of flowers, to honor Audrey's commitment to the care of youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities, donations to the Adult Down Syndrome Center, Park Ridge IL will be appreciated.
