It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur J. Maher of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, born in Gardner, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Maher and Frances Maher (Breen); and his siblings, Mary Margaret Schumacher, Sr. (Joseph), Thomas Maher, John Maher (Mary), Frances Hardin (John), Therese Hanley (William), Nelle Kinsella (Floyd), Batt Maher and Joseph Maher (Jackie).

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Diane Maher (Batt); and his cousin Margadette Demet (Frank).

In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to St. Petronille Church in Glen Ellyn.
