She is survived by: her children, Doug Mayfield (Donna) of San Diego, CA and Sue Neutzling (Scott) of Edwardsville, IL; her grandchildren, Kara Mayfield, Amy Bard (Stephen) and Stacey Paul (Dustin); her great grandchildren, Keoni Daniel, Emma Bobbie Daniel, Grady Paul and Mackenzie Paul; and her sisters, Margaret Mitchell of St. Peters, MO and Wanda Rickman of Poplar Bluff, MO..
