He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Donnay and Mabel Donnay (Manthey); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Donnay (Peters); his children, Rachel DeWeese (Eric) of Hamel, IL, Adam Donnay of Wood River, IL and Erin Donnay of Pontoon Beach, IL; his grandson Tony Donnay of Glen Carbon, IL; his stepgrandson David DeWeese of Hamel, IL; his siblings, Linda (Jack), Ginny, Laurie, Rhonda (Paul), Bonnie (Bill), Steve (Bonnie), Bill and Pat (Lori); and his sister-in-law Patty.
The family requests masses said for Tom in lieu of flowers.
