She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Wibbing and Lena Wibbing (Engelke); her husband Warren Henry Otto; and her daughter Kathy Overholtz. She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Rotter (John) of Edwardsville; her son-in-law James Overholtz of Litchfield; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Sanders (Andrew) of Glen Carbon, Michelle Hommert-Helm (Eric Helm) of Glen Carbon, Lisa Jackson (Shanne Hanson) of Troy and Christopher Overholtz of Highland. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
