She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Wyciskalla (Dudek) and Nick Wyciskalla of Dubois, IL; her son Daryl Kula; and her siblings, Walter, Edward, Victor, August (Red), Michael, Conrad (Coonie), Paul, Ralph Wyciskalla of Dubois, IL and Francis Wyciskalla Chapman of Tamaroa, IL.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred J. Kula of Glen Carbon, IL; her sister-in-law Geraldine (Forrest); her daughters, Sharon Hawk of Glen Carbon, IL, Saundra David of Springfield, IL and Sally Jo Kula (Philip Newell) of St. Peters, MO; her grandchildren, William D. Hawk of Glen Carbon, IL, Wendy Hawk of Edwardsville, IL, Andrew David (Carrie), Gabrielle David and Matthew David; and her great grandchildren, Piper David and Lilly Belle David. She is also survived by one of 14 children, two of her siblings died as very small children.
