He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sons, Brad Willoughby (Michele) and Doug Willoughby (Chin Chu) of Cudjoe Key, FL; his grandchildren, Kristin Rechlin (Chris), Amanda Linden (Ritchie), Joe Willoughby, Felicia Willoughby and Lance Willoughby; his great grandchildren, Elise and Riley; and his sister Shirley Bahn of Troy, IL..
Memorials may be made to St. James Lutheran Church or Willoughby Farm and will be received at the funeral home.
