He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Mulcahy and Florence Mulcahy (Fay); his spouse Patsy Shevcik; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Shevcik, Elizabeth "Betty" Shevcik and Richard Shevcik; his nephew Kenneth Shevcik; his brother-in-law Ralph Shevcik of Troy, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Bonham (Rob) of Alamo, CA, Jan Jensen (Keith) of Troy, IL, Caren Saucier (Joe) of Granite City, IL, Tim Shevcik (Luan) of Mt. Olive, IL and Carol Tolan (John) of Freeburg, IL. He was also cherished by many great-nieces, great-nephews; extended family and friends.

Memorial donations may be given to St. Cecilia Catholic Church or to St. Patrick Center, St. Louis, MO.
