She was predeceased by: her parents, August Deichmann and Caroline Deichmann (Hammel); her husband Norman E. Schumacher; her son Paul Schumacher; and her grandson Michael Hudson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Ranek of Glen Carbon and Mary Hudson (David) of Centennial, CO; her grandchildren, Jonathan Frazier (Jenny), Stephanie Frazier, Kate Tarr (Eric), Matthew Ranek, Eve Hughes (Jonathan), Charly and Ely Schumacher; her great grandchild Gabriel Frazier; and her daughter-in-law Jan Schumacher of Wilmington, OH..
Memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church or Lutheran Senior Services Benevolent Fund.
