He was predeceased by: his parent Lloyd Evans; and his brother Martin Evans. He is survived by: his parent Muriel Halsey (Paddock); his spouse Annette M. Evans (Cobetto); his daughters, Dawn Evans of Glen Carbon and Kim Evans of Glen Carbon; his brother Harry Van Evans of Glen Carbon; his grandchildren, Joshua Martin, Heather McNally (Ben), Dustin Jett and Shannen Kinsey; and his great grandchildren, Lilli, Jayden, Ryder, Ava, Easton and Wyatt.
