She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Gagliardo and Ida Gagliardo (Menoni); and her brother Gerald "Jerry'Gagliardo. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Champion, Jr. (Kelly) of Hampton, VA, Michele Dunning (William) of Lincoln, RI and Stephen Champion (Elizabeth) of Davenport, FL; her grandchildren, Brittney Fairweather (TJ), Tiffini Champion (Connor Martz), Deborah Dunning, Suzanne Dunning, John "Jack" Dunning, Samantha Champion, Nathaniel Dunning and Erin Champion; her great grandchildren, Emily and Owen Fairweather; and her sister-in-law Judy Gagliardo. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weber & Rodney Funeral Home (304 N Main St, Edwardsville, IL 62025). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials to Immanuel United Church of Christ in Hamel.
