It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mardell Yvonne McDaniel (Glen Carbon, Illinois), born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on November 27, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Glenn McDaniel; her parents, Gordon Konicek and Mae Elizabeth Konicek; and her sister Beverly (Earl Eipers). She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Echelmeyer (Rick) of St. Peters, MO and Karla Hohlt (Brian) of Glen Carbon, IL; her grandchildren, Carson, Mallory, Delaney, Gary Echelmeyer, Kasey, Lindsey and Addison Hohlt; and her sisters-in-law, Connie Meador (David) of Nashville, TN and Nancy Clinton of Cookeville, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to New Bethel United Methodist Church or the Glen Carbon EMS and will be received at the funeral home.
