He was predeceased by: his parents, George Timothy and Sylvia Jewel Cook (Caine); and his siblings, Joy Geggus and Mack Cook. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Cook; his children, Douglas Lynn Cook of Richmond Heights, MO and Kathy; his grandsons, Adam Gillespie, Alec Gillespie and Nicholas Gillespie (family: Ashley Banks); and his siblings, George Cook, Jack Cook, Terry Cook and Judy Morice. He is also survived by family members and friends.
