She was predeceased by: her parents, James William McPhail Sr. and Florence Ethel McPhail (Hall); her grandson Luke Blackford; her son-in-law Michael Mathews; and her brothers, James William McPhail Jr. and Charles Ray McPhail.
She is survived by: her husband Charles McIlvoy; her daughters, Mary Ellen Mathews and Melissa Blackford (Bryan); and her grandchildren, Kimberlee Mathews and John Smallwood. She is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
