He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Robins and Amy "Louise" Robins (Hensley); his son Shane Robins; and his brothers, Tom, John and Carl Robins.

He is survived by: his daughters, Tonja Robins of Iowa City, IA and Lisa Harmon (Scott) of Glen Carbon. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Disease Foundation.
