He was predeceased by: his father Edward Cook. He is survived by: his mother Dixie L. Cook of Ellisville, MO.; his son Brendon Cook (Jayna); his grandchild Artemis; and his brothers, Kevin Cook (Nancy) and Kent Cook (Susan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many wonderful friends.
Memorial donations may be given to First Presbyterian Church of Edwardsville, IL. Donations will be accepted at the funeral chapel.
