He was predeceased by: his sister Kristi E. Shaffer; and his father Luther "Bud" Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Shaffer (Hendrickson); his daughters, Victoria Nicole and Lauren Elizabeth; his mother Sharon Sue Shaffer; his sister Kathy Siekmann (Irenaeus "IJ"); and his nieces, Gabrielle and Tiffani Siekmann.
