With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Eugene Hinkle of Glen Carbon, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Henry and Clara Arminta Hinkle; and his siblings, Rex, Dean, George, Nolan, Don, Leila, Lorene, Ruth and Rosie.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ruth Hinkle; his daughters, Shaun Paulsen (Jeff), Tamela Scaggs (Kevin) and Terrisa Turner (Germaine Eley); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Nicole, Felicia, Charissa, Daniel, Luke, Ashleigh, Andrew and Arick; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Brayden, Haylee, Jackson, Noah, Emma, Theo, Evie, Matthew, Aria, Jude, Iggy and Reese. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (7775 Old Collinsville Rd, O'Fallon, IL 62294). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Bethel Baptist Church.
