She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Perry and Anna Perry (Kellerman); her husband James Foster; her brothers, Richard Perry, Henry Perry and Robert Perry; and her brother-in-law Allen Leopold.
She is survived by: her sister Lorene Leopold of Edwardsvile; her sisters-in-law, Rosemary Perry of Glen Carbon and Patricia Perry of Glen Carbon; and her nieces, Lisa Gray (Dan) of Edwardsville and Ginger Harper (Rodney) of Tennessee. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
