She was predeceased by: her parent Lafayette (Sabina); her grandparents, Birl and Elizabeth Kilgore; her husband Harold C. Benne; her son Phillip; her son-in-law Vincent Bommarito; and her sister Patty Kilgore.
She is survived by: her children, Zachary Benne (Elinor) of Hanna City, IL, Linda Bommarito of Waterloo, IL, Tina Folts (Kelly) of Austin, TX, Leasa Ferry (Robert) of Glen Carbon, IL, Shelly Stratmann of Waterloo, IL and Harold Benne, Jr. of Waterloo, IL; and her daughter-in-law Eileen Benne (Harold) of Hanna City, IL. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren; a great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Braun Family Funeral Home (265 Quarry Rd, Columbia, IL 62236). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital; Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children; or Backstoppers.
