She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Carney and Viola Carney (Sykes); her husband Stephen Kusmierczak, Sr.; her sisters, Arminda Colp and Carrie Sue Stacey; her grandson Aidan Kusmierczak; her aunt Lydia Sykes; and her cousin Marla Wortham Volpe.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Kusmierczak (Jamie), Joe Kusmierczak (Rachel) of Edwardsville, IL and Melissa Kult (Chris) of Granite City, IL; and her grandchildren, Stephen Cromer, Zoey Kult, Audrey Kusmierczak, Ben Kusmierczak, Liliana Kusmierczak and Genevieve Kusmierczak.
Memorial donations are wished in lieu of flowers to the Art Restoration Fund of the Stephen and Elizabeth Ann Kusmierczak Gallery at the Polish Museum of America in Chicago, IL.
