She was predeceased by: her parents, Best Few Caldwell Caddy and Cora Edna Caddy (Perser); her husband Frank Faulkner; and her siblings, Curtis George Caddy, Roy Damon Caddy, Dessie Odell Prince, Wilma Mavis Peeler and Virda Linnie Mae Puckett.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Faulkner, Ronald Faulkner, Douglas A. Clemons, Clifford P. Faulkner, Charles J. Faulkner, Clyde Keith Faulkner, Patricia A. Bench, Marian J. Halley and Barbara E. Faulkner; and her siblings, Leo Raymond Caddy of Tulip, AR, David Caldwell Caddy of Malvern, AR and Sarah Adeline Puckett of Neosho, MO.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
