He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Coppedge and Florence Coppedge (Fox); his wife Betty Lou Ethridge; his siblings, Kenneth Coppedge and Darlene; and his brother-in-law S. L. Green.
He is survived by: his son Donald L. Coppedge (Pam) of Granite City, IL; his sister Faye Hoxsey (Gary) of Wood River, IL; his grandchildren, Ashley Ulicni of Bloomington, IL and Tonya Delaney (Nick) of Maryville, IL; and his great grandchildren, Peyton Ulicni of Troy, IL and Zoey Rea (John) of Marine, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel of Glen Carbon (591 Glen Crossing Rd, Glen Carbon, IL 62034). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Landmark Baptist Church.
