It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Richard Dalton of Glen Carbon, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on October 25, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Dalton; his father Byford Dalton; his stepmother Pearl Dalton; and his brother Kenny Dalton. He is survived by: his children, Jill Dalton (Gary Scaggs) of Edwardsville, IL and Mark Dalton (Tracy) of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Madison Pelo (Logan) and Dalani Dalton (Logan Rader); his brother Edward Brower of Caseyville, IL; his sister-in-law Sue Woods (Dave) of Greenfield, IL; his niece Dawn Jones (Eric); and his nephew Chad Woods (Jody).
Memorials are suggested to St. Stephen Catholic Church and will be received at the visitation or can be mailed to Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
