Riggs of Glen Carbon, Illinois, born in Fort Riley, Kansas, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Scott and Phillis Riggs; and his brothers, Scott and Tom. He is survived by: his wife Jean M. Riggs; his sons, David Riggs (Marie Caulfield) of Bethesda, MD and Alan Riggs (Margaret Rombach) of Swansea, IL; his grandchildren, Callum, Alexis, Devlin and Tom; and his brother Robert Riggs.
