Briggs Sr. (Glen Carbon, Illinois), born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on September 7, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Raymond Briggs; his son Danny R. Briggs Jr.; and also Karsyn Ray Young. He is survived by: his parent Clara Briggs; his wife Diane L. Briggs (Meyer); his daughter Deanna Depper; his son-in-law Chris Depper; his grandchildren, Tyler Depper and Paige Depper; his niece Amy Stehlick; his friends, Eddie Kirst, Rose Kirst, John, Marypat, Makayla, Joey Kissane, Jimmy Wisenhunt and Joanie Wisenhunt; his siblings, Gary Briggs (Sharon), Darryl Briggs (Janie), Randy Briggs (Sandy), Anita Briggs (Bill), Angela Dierkes (Ted), Denise Krohne (Matt), Karen Good (Bill) and Diane Meyer; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Meyer and Linda Carnahan (Stanley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family and many wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the family, in care of Diane Briggs.
