She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Boda and Bernice E. Boda (Weiss); and her siblings, Pamela Meyer and Jerome Boda. She is survived by: her husband William P. Cook; her children, Dana Kent (Eric) of Troy, IL and Billy Cook (Mary) of Dittmer, MO; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Cook, Mikayla Stephens and Kristy Saddler. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren; 3 sisters; and 2 brothers.
