He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Edwin Stacy and Carrie Stacy (Holliday); his wife Alma L. Stacy (Cuppett); and his siblings, Kenneth Stacy, Roberta Stacy, Alberta Stacy, Lavetta Grise (Benjamin), Ruby Ilene Stacy and Lena Stacy.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen A. Hoover (Steven) of Edwardsville, Lori A. Moats (Kenneth) of Edwardsville and David A. Stacy (Angel) of Granite City; his grandchildren, Shaun K. Moats of Edwardsville, Kenna A. West (Corey) of Worden, Marissa A. Foley (Alex) of Granite City and Dylan T. Stacy of Granite City; his stepgrandsons, Alan Foley (Jordyn) of Phlugerville and Alex Foley (Marissa) of Granite City; his great grandchildren, Kennedy and Trevor West of Worden; his sisters, Barbara Ferguson of Ely, Nev and Sandra Foster of Elkville; and also Jaden Foley of Phlugerville, Tex.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to Johnson Road General Baptist Church, Granite City, IL, Hospice of Southern Illinois or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Donations will be accepted at the funeral chapel.
