She is survived by: her parent Antoinette Marie Valenti (Garofallo); her spouse Nicholas V. Kostoff; her children, Richard J. Kostoff Sr (Marie), Nicholas A. Kostoff (Dana) of Lipan, TX and Janet E. Self (Wes) of Collinsville, IL; her grandchildren, Matthew Chandler, Michelle Chandler, Jacob Johnson, Dawn Kostoff and Jason Kostoff; and her great great grandchild Shih Tzu of Sophia.
