He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Biggs and Helen Biggs (Seabolt); and his sister Carolyn Fulk. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Biggs (Beth) of Ballwin, MO, Teresa Martin (Patrick) and Tracy Biggs; his brother Jack W. Biggs (Susan); his grandchildren, Kiley Rawson (Ryan), Nathan Bergbower (Lisa), Shelton Biggs (Shelby), Jon Kidd (Todd Blaylock) and Jay Kidd (Kirk Vino); and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Luke, Jagger, Maddux, Noxx, Levi and Violet.
