He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Lee Umphryes and Dale Stout. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Stout and Debra Stout (Umphryes); his brother Aaron Stout (Brooke Glore); his grandmothers, Sharon Umphryes and Merlene Stout; and his pet Luna.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Allen for a Scholarship fund being set-up for Illini Central High School Seniors.
