He is survived by: his wife Cindy L. Elson; his sons, Tod R. Watkins (Kathy) of Mapleton, Brent P. Watkins (Laurie) of Bartonville and Wesley A. Watkins of Peoria; his grandchildren, Hanna, Cole, Elijah and Paige Watkins; and his brother Charles Watkins of Wyoming, IL..
