He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bailliez and Alice Bailliez (Doubet); his brother Charles Bailliez; and his brother-in-law Kenney Spirling. He is survived by: his wife Penny Jo McGinnis; his children, Trisha Kielty (Jim) of Edwardsville, Michael Bailliez (Kelly) of Glasford and Becky Kalkbrenner of Mapleton; his grandchildren, Connor Kielty, Craig Kielty, Cara Kielty, Alexis Kalkbrenner, Ava Kalkbrenner, Finley Bailliez and Fallyn Bailliez; and his siblings, Loren Bailliez (Darlene), Dale Bailliez (Barb) and Jeanette Spirling.
