It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leo Lester Knott of Glasford, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Lester Sr. and Ethel M. Knott (Brooks); his sisters, Elizabeth Marvin (Clarence "Tiny") and Patricia Robbins; his brother-in-law Dave Lowery; his niece Cynthia Marvin; and his great grandchild Mara Mae Payton.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Diana Lowery; his children, Brian Knott of Glasford, Annette Zessin (Bob) of Glasford, Willie Knott (Kristi) of Glasford and Michelle Ledbetter (Tracy) of Glasford; his grandchildren, Erik Knott (Lindsey), Kristie Payton (Jake), Traci Knott, Katrina Hicke (Justin), Toshia Albright (Vic), Amanda Renfroe (Jacob), Joey Knott, Sarah Knott, Jeremy Knott, Dakota Smith and Zachary Smith; his brothers-in-law, Larry Lowery and Ronald Robbins, Sr.; and his great grandchildren, Klayton, Emery Knott, Milo, Maci Payton, Kaitlyn, Mason Hicke, Anna, Drew and Elizabeth Albright. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
