He is survived by: his wife Judith (Puckett); and his children, Karen Hickman (Jim) of Hickory, Teka O'Neill (Joe) of Glasford and Dean Spiller (Melanie) of Greenville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
