It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David John Kallister of Glasford, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kallister and Helen Kallister (Bruce); and his brothers, Thomas, William and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Rule; and his children, Patricia Ramsey (David) of Canton, David A. Kallister of Pekin and John "B. J.". He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, the family is having private services at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel with burial in Lancaster Cemetery in Glasford.
Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, the American Cancer Society, or to Alzheimer's Association.
