He was predeceased by: his sisters, Vickie Gilbert and Cynthia "Sue" Whitfield. He is survived by: his spouse Karen L. Richards; his stepchildren, Troy Lawson (Jennifer) of Pekin, Waylon Logsdon (Emily Dixon) of North Richland and Christina Bartlett (Mike) of Peoria; and his grandchildren, Jessica Lamb of Peoria, Cassie Scurry (Ben Johnson) of Pekin, Colton Dahlem of Florida, Chloe Lawson of Pekin and Asher Logsdon of Texas. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
