He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shelby and Louise Rixta Scarcliff, Sr. (Henrichs); and his sister Eva Bonavic. He is survived by: his wife Marla VonAllmen; his children, Charles "Russ" Scarcliff (Sherylann) of Bartonville, Ryan Scarcliff (Candace) of Austin, Texas and Karen Kranz (Thomas) of St. Louis, Missouri; and his sisters, Floann Clark of Peoria and Arla Scarcliff of Peoria. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
