She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. Ament and Arilla Mae Ament (Nutting); her husband Lawrence Lox; her stepdaughter Marlene Rider; and her brothers, Virgil and Marvin Ament.

She is survived by: her sons, Dick Lox of Warsaw and Randy Lox (Jeannine) of Glasford, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Regina Balmer (Ed), Melissa Pitford (Levi), Brian Lox (Alison), Wendy Dilley (Steve), Jeff Lox (Kelly), Jacob Lox (Lindsey), Debbie Moss (Tom), Rod Rider (Alicia), Terri Mercer (Kirt), Cindy Goodwin (Jeff), Lori Lowry (Gerald) and Dixie Wilkerson (Ed). She is also survived by 40 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
