He is survived by: his wife Toni Hopkins of Gladstone; and his children, Todd Hopkins (Mindi), Angie Brunswig (Rob Humphrey) and Ashley West of Oquawka, Illinois..
A graveside celebration of his life with Military Honors is planned in the Oquawka Cemetery on Saturday August 17th at 11:00 am, A memorial fund for Great River Hospice House is being established.
