She is survived by: her husband William Lukens of Gladstone, Illinois; her daughters, Donna Adolph (Thomas) of Gladstone, Ann Zart of Burlington and Jody Gustafson (John) of Burlington; and her siblings, Paul Polson of Burlington, Lois Polson of Danville and Jack Polson of Gladstone, Illinois. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
