With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Proctor of Girard, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on September 5, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Proctor and Anne Urban Proctor; and his stepdaughter Ashley McCrady. He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Babica McCrady; his children, Kindra McAfee and Steven Proctor (Jenn); his stepchildren, Tara Heriford (Devin) and Steven McCrady (Ashley); his grandchildren, Brock, Hunter, Sadie and Sydney; and his siblings, Loretta Favre, Donna Strode (Chick), Carolyn Karaffa, Jeanette Ealey (Sam), Patti Nagel (John), Jim Proctor (Debbie) and Joe Proctor (Sherri).

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
