He was predeceased by: his mother Catte Watkins (Linda Watkins). He is survived by: his wife Linda Fultz; his children, Joseph Watkins (Annette) of Deltona, FL, Diann Opremchak (Jim) of Auburn, IL and Kendal Watkins (Angela) of Port Orange, FL; and his siblings, John Lutz (Mary Lou) of Girard, IL and Ruby Baker (Larry) of Girard, IL.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
